Norma Reichlin
Norma Reichlin began her career teaching economics at the college level. She then embarked on a career in business working in a variety of management capacities for Fortune 100 companies. Her expertise includes marketing, business and strategic planning, and new business development. Norma became the CEO of a mid-size manufacturing company in 1995. A desire to re-direct her career led her to pursue graduate work in college counseling, and to launch a college consulting business in 2006 with her partner, Esther Wachs Book. Norma graduated with a BA in economics and education from Baldwin-Wallace College and has an MA in economics from Duke University.
Esther Wachs Book
Esther Wachs Book earned a BA from Brown University as well as Master's degrees in both journalism and international affairs from Columbia University. Esther is author of the book "Why the Best Man for the Job is a Woman", published by Harper Collins. A former Forbes reporter with over 20 articles in the magazine to her credit, she has also published a variety of pieces in Fortune, Inc. and Working Woman. Esther has been an alumna interviewer for Brown University for over eight years, and she enjoys helping high school students navigate the college process.
